Couples therapy for BIPOC, Queer and Intercultural Relationships
If you're here, chances are something in your relationship isn't working the way you'd like it to. Maybe communication feels impossible. Maybe every disagreement turns into the same fight. Maybe you're navigating a major life transition and realizing the strategies that worked before aren't working anymore.
Whatever brings you in, couples therapy isn't about figuring out who is right and who is wrong. It's about understanding what is happening between you and creating new ways of connecting.
Unfortunately, relationships don’t come with directions.
I provide couples therapy and relationship counseling for straight and queer couples, including married, unmarried, engaged, dating, and long-term partners.
I have a particular passion for working with BIPOC couples navigating the impact of culture, identity, family expectations, and relationship dynamics.
Relationship Counseling For Modern Couples
Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach to couples counseling, I help partners identify negative communication patterns, de-escalate conflict cycles, improve emotional connection, and develop healthier ways of relating to one another.
Together, we'll move beyond surface-level arguments to better understand the needs, emotions, and experiences driving disconnection.
